HOOPNATION TOURNAMENTS

Splash Basketball participates in two Hoopnation tournaments per year - The Hoopnation Junior Showcase (April) and the
Hoopnation Classic (October). These tournaments bring kids from all over Aotearoa to compete in one place, which is a fantastic opportunity to go up against some of our countries best up and coming athletes.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NOW OPEN

WHERE: Whanganui 
WHEN: 23-26 April 2025

TRIALS
Trials will be held on Saturday 21 December at Hutt International Boys School

10am - 12pm 13U Girls
12pm - 2pm 13U Boys
2pm - 4pm 15U Girls

COST

There is a non-refundable Hoopnation registration fee of $160. In addition to this, there will be other costs such as warm up shirt, referee costs and gym hire for trainings. 

TRAVEL

All players must arrange their own travel/accommodation. Team managers may organise individual teams accommodation. 

ELIGIBILITY

- All players must register for the 2025 Term 1 Club Season for Splash Basketball

- Players must be either of age, or under the age, of the grade they are playing in for the duration of the tournament i.e players cannot turn 14 during the tournament and play in the 13U grade

- No restrictions on representative players as there are no 'development' grades
