The Development Grade is designed for beginner, developing and social players who want to learn, improve and enjoy basketball in a supportive environment. It focuses on building strong fundamentals, confidence, game understanding and a love for the game, without the higher training and performance demands of the Performance Grade.

The Performance Grade is for more competitive athletes who are striving to play basketball at higher levels. It is designed for players aiming for High School Junior or Senior A teams, Representative teams, National teams and beyond, with increased training, Strength & Conditioning, competition and individual development. The programme focuses on developing the skills, athleticism, mindset, habits and basketball IQ required to perform at the highest levels.
